Barbara Jean Goodwin was born on June 8, 1954 to Raymond Sr. and Dolly Holton. She was educated in the Illinois School System, and her career was formed in the Insurance Industry. She met her husband Antonio Sr. and from that union Antonio Ray was born.
Barbara loved Jehovah God and was active in the Bolingbrook and Crest Hill congregations and had a host of friends. She was a dedicated employee to the Hartford Company where she retired and thereafter relocated to Cypress, Texas. She was active in the Cypress congregation and formed closer relationships and friends.
Barbara had an infectious personality--she loved people, witnessing, spending time with family and friends and travelling.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Raymond Sr. and Dolly; her husband, Antonio Sr.; her brothers, Maurice and Henry; her brothers-in-law, Charles and Mark, and sister-in-law, Veloria.
Barbara leaves to cherish her memory: her son, Antonio Ray; her grandchildren, Nasir and Naija; her mother-in-law, Henrietta; her siblings, Donnie, Mamie, Vera, Raymond Jr., and Holly; her sisters-in-law, Valerie and Gwendolyn; brother-in-law, Jerry; a host of nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews and other relatives and friends.
