Barbara Kay Regan, age 72, passed away surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was the cherished daughter of the late David and the late Marion Regan, loving sister to Michael Regan, Mary (Samuel) Mirabito, Virginia Burgess, Marjorie (George) Wordingham, and John (Ruth) Regan, proud aunt and great-aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, best friend to Susan Johnson, Jackie (Tim) Ratkovic, Ann (Dave) Parneca, and Nancy Kesting, beloved cat Mom to Tiger, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Finnegan, cousin to many, and missed by all.
