Christina Marie Colburn

Christina M. Colburn, a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend to many. Born December 6th, 1985 and called to Heaven on October 8th, 2026.

“Christy” loved her family and friends (and their pets). Christy loved to travel. She loved to cook and share what she made, especially with her Uncle Jack. Christy was a bit of a gypsy, never staying still in one place. Whenever she went somewhere, she had to look her absolute best, and she did.

She loved being an auntie. She loved her father and brothers more than life.

Christy is survived by her grandparents, Jack and June Colburn; Mark and Susie Conroy; her father, Jeff Colburn; her brothers, Brandon and Kenny; her aunts and uncles, Mary Lou and Dave Coerzel, Colleen (Colburn Baleski), Colleen (Conroy) Foester, Mark Conroy, Jack and Janet Colburn; her nephew, Nathan (Colburn) Parish; and many, many cousins.

Christy is preceded in death by her mother, Laura Conroy Colburn; her brother, Kevin Colburn; and her uncle, Frank Baleski.

A visitation for Christy will be held on Friday, October 16th, 2026, from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, located at 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home the next day Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at 10:00a.m., followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville.

Christy will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
