Deborah Marie Herrero age 60, passed away peacefully with her family by her side August 4th, 2024.

Survived by her loving husband of 40 years James Herrero Jr.; two children, Justin, Samantha (David); two grandsons Cohen, Cole; father Richard; siblings Richard, Joseph, Karen; sister and brothers in law Christine, Barbara (Ellen), Mitchell (Sharon), Andrew (Meredith); many nieces and nephews; cousins; and her dog Piper.

Deborah is preceded in death by her mother Sandra, children Matthew and Aurora, granddaughter Cali, father in law James, mother in law Ruth, and mother in law Patricia.

Deborah was the life of the party even when there was no party. She enjoyed going to concerts with her family. She had a love for traveling and made it to 48 of the 50 states. Deborah's greatest joy in life was being a mother and grandmother. She was up for anything if it meant spending time with her family.

She was courageous and fought a long battle of multiple lung diseases. Deborah was a double lung transplant survivor and was grateful for her life every day. She was involved with many different charity's and organizations, in lieu of flowers donations in Deborah's name can me made to any charity of your choice.

The visitations will both take place on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 12:00 until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m., located at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. Interment private.
