Ernestina DeCastro Escudero was the beloved wife of 25 years to the late Rodolfo, Sr., cherished daughter of the late Doroteo and the late Josefa, loving mom of Tess (Jose) Bartolome and Rodolfo, Jr. (Grace), devoted grandma of Dara (Eric) Rothenberger, Mervin (Gelyn), Griszela, Rodeliza, Darlene (Mark) Brevard, Justin, and Faith, proud great-grandma of Matthew, Miguel, Noah, and Lilly, dear sister to the late Segunda, late Jesus, late Zoila, late Enrique, late Conrada, and the late Leonardo, fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, cousin to many, and missed by all.

The visitation will take place on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m., located at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. The funeral service will begin at 6:30 p.m. with Father Pat, from St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, presiding that evening. Interment private.
