Francis Joseph Green III age 66 has passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on April 15th 2023. He was the beloved husband to Linda (nee Roy), Cherished Son of Francis Jr and Elizabeth Carol Green, Loving Dad of Jennifer, Francis IV, Dina (Joe) Duhr, Joseph (Kristen) DePasquale, Dino (Tracie) DePasquale, Jackie, Jill and Sheena (DePasquale), Proud Papa of Tyler, Jacob, Grant, Joey, Braxton, Dino, Luca, Brooke, Haley, Wesley, Isabella, Makayla, Caden, Alanna, Jayden, Cameron, Dear Papa of Great Grandson Carter, Dear Brother of Kevin, Mary Lou (Jesse) Serna, Patricia (Bill) Kasterin, John (Beverly) Green, the late Lynn (Bryan) Falasz, Mark (Sue) Green, Fond Uncle and Great-Uncle to many nieces and nephews, also Cousin and Nephew to many.

Francis loved most of our Chicago sports teams but the Chicago White Sox were his very favorite. Through the years he has coached his children and more recently his grandchildren as well as attending as many games as possible. Francis was a dear kind man to all who knew him and will be deeply missed but his memory will live on in all our hearts.

A visitation to celebrate Francis's life will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, from 4pm to 8pm at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home, located at 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook. The Funeral Mass will be held the following day, Saturday April 22, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, located at 1501 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. The interment will follow at Risen Lord Cemetery, located at 1501 Simons Road, Oswego, Illinois 60543.
