Frank Reis, 72, passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2026, after fighting valiantly
through a brief, serious illness. Frank is survived by his wife of 33 years, Theresa (Terri),
his children Kristina, Simone, and Angela, his siblings Anna (Ben) Indelicato, William,
and Albert, his cousin Barbara Reuss-Mendoza, and many other dear relatives.
Born February 28th, 1953, in Oak Park, Illinois to Simon and Mafalda Reis, Frank lived a
life fashioned by the virtues of hard work, determination, laughter, and joy. Skilled
maintenance engineer, lifelong sports fan (especially of the WWE, Cubs, and Bears),
and lover of music, Frank was never without a joke or a "zinger" to make you smile. He
will be remembered for the radiant, positive energy he brought everywhere he went, his
quick wit, his willingness to lend a hand, and above all his caring heart.
A Celebration of Frank's Life will take place Saturday, January 10th from 1:00pm-3:00pm at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home 530 W. Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL. 60440. Prayer service to begin 3PM.
