Frederick Douglas Oliver, age 85, passed away on December 22, 2021.He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (Malone), dedicated father of Antony Maurice Johnson, Will Johnson, Jr., Shantel Margarie Johnson, and Terrence Jovan Johnson, loving son of the late Reverend James L. Oliver and Reverend Lucille Oliver-Jones, cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren, adored great-grandfather of 12 great-grandchildren, dear brother of Bessie Williams, late Madora (late Robert), late Ruby, Mariam Dolores (late Sylvester) Hudson, brother-in-law to James (Janice Williams) Malone, Kevin (Norma) Malone, Donna (Roger) Rawls, and late Carol (Otis) Simpson, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, cousin to many, and missed by all.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, January 2, 2021, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 W. Boughton Road Bolingbrook, IL. 60440. Funeral Service will take place at 4:30 p.m. Interment will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 West Hoff Road, Elwood, Illinois 60421, on Monday, January 3, 2022 for the 12:30 p.m. burial. Family and friends can gather at the funeral home starting at 10:30 a.m. before promptly leaving at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral procession on January 3, 2022.
