Gregory David Terpin Sr, 63 years old, passed away on the evening of February 2nd 2025.

He was the husband of Karlina (Lynn) Terpin who he shared 34 wonderful years of marriage with. Born in Berwyn, Illinois he was the son of Stanley and Bernice Terpin.

He graduated with a Bachelors Degree from DeVry University. He proudly devoted over 20 years of service to The DuPage County Sheriffs Office where he worked as a Deputy Sheriff. He was a member of a motorcycle group called SabMag (Sabre-Magna) as well as a proud United States Marine. He enjoyed watching movies, riding his motorcycle, playing ping pong, chess, and video games, with his favorites being Clash of Clans and Halo. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his selflessness, and his devotion to his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Terpin; his children Greg Terpin Jr. (Adelai Terpin) and Betsi Terpin (Devan Benz); and his two granddaughters, Freya and Ophelia Terpin. He was predeceased by his parents Stanley and Bernice Terpin.

The visitation will be held on February 6th, 2025 from 4-8pm at McCauley Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium located on 530 W. Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
A private funeral service will be held at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleums for the immediate family.
