Jessica Marie Taskila was the beloved daughter of Michael (Kathi) Taskila and Susan (James Brazda) Taskila, cherished granddaughter of the late Kenneth R. Taskila and Margaret A. McGowan and Lyman C. and the late Alice E. Moyer, dear sister to Benjamin (Sydney), fond aunt of Maxwell and William, loving girlfriend to Justin Cartwright, niece of Kate Taskila, Susie Taskila, Patricia (Rick) Gunnells, Curtis (Cherry) Moyer, Rebecca (Kevin) Clevenger, Dean Moyer, and the late Julie Moyer, cousin and friend to many, and missed by all.

Jessica was a proud graduate and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Civil Engineering. She then went on, pursued, and received her Masters degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in French Studies. She volunteered quite often and exemplified her kind heart as a French teacher for some time. Jessica then became a civil engineer at Hampton, Lenzini, and Renwick, Inc.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. The interment will be private.
