Joe Jensen has passed onto Glory after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He is predeceased by his Loving Wife of almost 41 years, Rebecca "Becky" Jensen (Hyatt), his amazing Mother, Emma Jensen (Brown) and Father, Peter Roosevelt Jensen, Brothers, James Russell Jensen and Alton "Pete" Jensen, Dear Son, Joseph J. Jensen, Jr. Joe is survived by his Beloved Partner, Maurine Geick, his Brother, Edward Norman Jensen, Sr., Son, Eric Jensen, Daughter, Shelly Bagnuolo (Gene), Daughter in Law June Sadlick (nee Dever), Loving Grandchildren, Gene Richard Bagnuolo, Jr (Carley Rae), Brett Joseph Jensen, Sarah Kathleen Gentile (Marcus), Jacob John Jensen, Christian Mueller Jensen and Michaela Mueller Jensen, Step Grandson Matthew White (Sara) and Great Grandchildren, Odin and Ronin Gentile, and Aaron, Aaliyah, and Aria White.

Joe went to Russell High School in East Point, Georgia. He and Becky were married shortly thereafter and made a wonderful life together for their family. Joe worked mainly in the Canning Industry as a Plant Manager in the Atlanta area and then in the Chicago area converting to a Real Estate Broker in the early 1980s to put his entrepreneurial skills to work. The family of brokers, Joe, Becky, Eric, and Gene had many great years in the Real Estate Office before Joe retired. Joe was very active in all aspects of his children's lives participating in all of the sports activities, including coaching Bolingbrook Trojan Football and Bolingbrook Little League Baseball. He will be remembered by many for his great life lessons and his example of how a good man lives. Joe has not moved his Church Membership from Crossroads of Faith United Methodist Church in Bolingbrook. He was a God Fearing Man who believed greatly in God's Forgiveness and that he would someday be home with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Visitation Friday January 13th from 4:00p.m. until time of Service 7:00pm at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home 530 W. Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL.60440.
Private Interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
