Obituary for Lillia Araceli Garcia
December 24, 1952 – May 23, 2025
With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Lillia Araceli Garcia on May 23rd, 2025, at the
age of 72.
Her wings were ready, our hearts were not.
Lillia, lovingly known as Lilly, will be remembered for her beautiful spirit, gentle strength
and the boundless love she shared with everyone around her. She lived a life rooted in faith, kindness and service, always placing others before herself. She had the ability to make everyone feel like family...
through a kind word, a warm smile or a helping hand.
Lilly cherished family. Her greatest happiness came from being with her grandchildren,
whom she loved deeply with all her heart. Her light will continue to shine through her family and the many lives she's touched with her compassion, wisdom and unwavering love.
Lilly is survived by her husband Victor Villasenor; her former spouse Miguel Reyna and their
children Michael (Shala) Reyna, Elizabeth (Aman) Shah, Maria (Frank) Garcia, and Annie (Eric) Cook.
She was a proud and loving grandmother to Luke and Peter Garcia, Alysia Reyna, Fatimah and
Haqim Shah, Sailor and Emma Cook.
She is also remembered with love by her extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and stepfamily.
She is predeceased by her mother Maria, her father Armando, her sister Rebecca, and brother Armando.
A celebration of Lilly's life will be held on:
Saturday, June 28th at 10:00am
Westbrook Christian Church
