Lizabeth L. Balaoing was the beloved wife to Winston R. Balaoing, cherished daughter of the late Gaudencio and the late Dionisia Librojo, loving mother of Neal Balaoing and Nicholas (Kelsey) Balaoing, proud grandmother of Jack Winston and Samuel William, dear sister to Lourdes (Melvin) Natal, Leodegario (Cherry) Librojo, Lesley Librojo, late Lillian (Fernando) Postrado, Levy (Carol) Librojo, and Rowena (Daniel) Victoria, sister-in-law to Joel (Amelia) Balaoing, Daniel (Esther) Balaoing, and Mildred (Richard) Carrillo, fond aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, cousin to many, and missed by all.

Her visitation will take place on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m., located at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. A chapel service will conclude the visitation, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Private interment.
