Marian Gibbons Tamulis, age 70, loving mother of Z has passed away in the early hours of January 3rd, 2025 after a courageous battle with Lew Body Dementia.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 2nd, 1954 and raised in Western Springs, IL by her mother Mary Barry and father John Gibbons. She is survived by her son John Tamulis and daughter Lauren Tamulis along with her siblings, brother James Gibbons, sister Joan Wroblewski, and brother John Gibbons.

Graduating from Moser School of Business, Marian was an administrative assistant most of her life but her real job was as MOM. Marian loved soaking in the sun, basket weaving, cross-stitching, and most of all supporting her children. She was an extremely hard worker, friendly, kind, and compassionate woman with a beautiful soul. Mom as we called her is our inspiration, number one supporter and role model. She taught us love, kindness, and compassion. She lived to provide the best for us and we are honored to call someone as wonderful as her our mom.

We love you and miss you dearly.

A visitation for Marian will be held on Thursday, January 9th from 4 - 8 PM at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium located on 530 W. Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
