Marilynn Marcordes, RN, died in her sleep at her home with her daughter by her side. Upon her death, she was surrounded by dear friends and loved ones.

Marilynn, daughter of the late Byron and Violet Marcordes, is survived by her daughters, Jill (Gary) and Patti, along with her beloved grandsons, Alex and Matt, and her three brothers, Jim (April), Bill (Cindy) and Rich (Donna) Marcordes.

Marilynn was most proud of her 35-year nursing career at Edward Hospital. She was a friend to many and a nurse to all.

The visitation will take place on Monday, November 7, 2022, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Family and friends will gather at Evergreen Cemetery, 3401 West 87th Street, Evergreen Park, Illinois 60805, for the 12:00 p.m. burial on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
