Mark Ziermann passed away on March 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Anna Ziermann, cherished son of Frank and Lydia (Blackmore) Ziermann, loving father to Jennifer (Joshua) Millman and Rebecca (Ryan) Taylor, proud grandfather to Lanai, Tyson, Grant, and Selah Millman, and Isaiah, Josiah, and Sophia Taylor, dear brother to Karen, Paul, and Barb, and uncle to many.
Mark will always be remembered as a kind and generous soul who deeply loved the Lord. He accepted Jesus as his Savior in his twenties and lived out his faith daily, spreading the Gospel through both his words and actions. He always prioritized God, his wife Anna, his family, and his work.
Professionally, Mark dedicated 45 years to electrical engineering, with the majority of his career spent at Westell, where he worked for 29 years. He was known as a hardworking and dependable individual who took pride in everything he did.
Outside of work, Mark was a laid-back man who loved staying busy. Whether tinkering in his garage, working in the yard, or taking on projects around the house, he enjoyed using his creativity and hands to build and fix. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to his church, neighbors, and anyone in need.
Mark's greatest joy came from time spent with his family and friends. He especially treasured moments with his beloved Anna—taking walks, visiting the zoo, dining at favorite restaurants, and enjoying long road trips filled with meaningful conversations. He also loved reading National Geographic magazines and spending time with his seven grandchildren, who brought him immense pride and happiness.
In quieter moments, Mark enjoyed relaxing at home with Anna and their two cats, watching sci-fi action movies and home improvement shows. His life was full of simple joys, deep love, and a strong sense of purpose.
Mark was a proud member of Eagle Scout, the Air Force National Guard, Grace Pointe Church, and was humorously known as Menard's Unofficial Favorite Customer.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
