In loving memory of Matthew "Matt" Hader, age 35 of Bolingbrook, IL. Matt was called home to his lord and savior on 12/25/2023. Born 3/1/1988, Matt was the loving son of Wayne & Lori Hader. Beloved grandson of Anne Arnold & the late John Arnold and the late William & Helen Hader. Adored brother to Nicolette (Robert) Fife and Allison (Todd) Trost. Proud uncle of RJ, Madeline, & Franklin Fife. Cherished nephew, cousin, and friend too many.

In the grand casino of life, Matt was our charming jackpot, a mama's boy with a sentimental streak that even the slot machines couldn't match. His love was like hitting the jackpot every day. Matt was a force of nature, a human tornado of laughter and mischief. If there was one thing you could always count on, it was that Matt was turning the mundane into gusto.

Matt had many passions and a few quirks… He loved the Fighting Irish, watching each Chicago sports team with his pops, cooking with his mom as his sous chef, playing the slots with his Granny Annie, known for calling or facetiming everyone at the wrong time, his photographic memory (NOT!), his child modeling days, generous soul, and his abundance of love for his family, friends, and faith.

As we bid adieu to our favorite jester in our family circus, let's not forget the lessons he taught us. Life's too short not to laugh and there's no such thing as too many mozzarella sticks!

As we say our goodbyes, let's remember Matt's life was a testament to the transformative power of faith. Whether he was helping a neighbor in need or offering words of comfort to a friend, he believed in Jesus as his savior, the power of prayer and forgiveness, and reminding us of all to love with an open heart.

May his spirit find eternal peace surrounded by the divine light that guided him home. Matt, until we meet again, keep the love and laughter echoing in the heavens.

The visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will proceed the following day, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, starting at 11:00 a.m., located at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 440 East Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. Interment private.
