Patricia A. "Patti" Ferrin (nee Fitzpatrick) was the beloved wife to Tom, cherished daughter of the late Alfred and Patricia Fitzpatrick, loving mother of Sean (Nikki) Fitzpatrick, Brittany, Samantha (Nick) Bade, and Cassandra, proud nanny of Riley, Irelyn, Charlotte, and Astoria, dear sister to Chris (Mike), Erin (Brian) Walter, and Scott Fitzpatrick, sister-in-law to Fred, Jannie (Carlos) Tolver, John (Teri), Albert, and Shirley, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews, and cousin to many.

Patti cherished all of her family, her children and grandchildren, her husband of 36 years, and her numerous friends throughout her life's journey. She was a social butterfly, spreading happiness and love to her closest friends. She had a strong will and a stubborn streak that's unmatchable. One of her favorite lines was "you're not the boss of me!"

Patti found joy in various hobbies over the years, from scrapbooking with her group, to weekend getaways at Lake Geneva, going shopping in Frankenmuth, Michigan with her mom at one of her favorite Christmas stores, Bronners, and cherishing moments with her beautiful granddaughters.

Patti adored each of her four children with all of her heart and dedicated herself tirelessly to ensuring they had the most wonderful lives she could give them. In her younger years, she dedicated much of her time involving her children in many activities, from football, to gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, softball, pageants, modeling, and countless school events. Through all these activities, she effortlessly formed lasting friendships.

Patti's life was a beautiful journey filled with various paths, but throughout it all, her unwavering constant was her husband, Tom. They were together constantly, meeting one another in 1981, married over 36 years, and even working together for over 25 years! They built a nice family and home in the town she grew up in, Bolingbrook.

Her absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by many.

The Memorial Visitation will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m., located at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440.

Directly after the Memorial Visitation, the family would be delighted if you could join them in honoring Patti's memory with a celebration of her life at Bar Louie in the Bolingbrook Promenade, 619 East Boughton Road A, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440, starting at 4:30 PM.
