Patricia Ann Chancellor was beloved wife for 61 beautiful years to Cortice Alvin Chancellor III. She is preceded in death by her cherished parents, the late Guy and the late Helen Marran, and her loving daughter, the late Patricia (Todd) Horbach. Patricia was the loving mother of Carol (Mark) O'Malley, Deborah (Brian) Kedzior, and Michael (Rosemary) Chancellor, proud grandmother of Jacob Horbach, Christina Bocken, Jordan O'Malley, Cassandra Gryczewski, Steven Molenstra, Ryan Horbach, Kevin Riney, Noah O'Malley, Eric Horbach, Katherine Kedzior, Adam Kedzior, Miranda Chancellor, Luke Kedzior, Emily Kedzior, Marissa Chancellor, Will Kedzior, Mia Chancellor, and Alex Kedzior, dear great-grandmother of Blake, Brooke, Savannah, David, Julia, Carmichael, Liam, and Gabrielle, precious sister to David Guy (Barbara) Marran, fond aunt and great-aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, cousin and friend to many, and missed by all.

Patricia was an Assistant Registrar at the University of Chicago for 20 years. She will be dearly missed by her dog, Barney. Her faith has always been part of her strong foundation. She was a devout Catholic. Patricia took her faith and helped her fellow human. She was a Sertoma Volunteer and also volunteered her time and services to local food banks. She proudly donated to Defenders of Wildlife and the Alzheimer's Association. A true patron.

Family and friends will gather for a funeral mass on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., located at Incarnation St. Terrence Parish, 4300 West 119th Place, Alsip, Illinois 60803. Inurnment to follow at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery, 4401 West 111th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60655.
