Patricia M. Phipps (nee Fagan), passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved partner of Al Germak, loving step-mother of Michelle Cooper and Diana Germak, cherished step-grandmother of Stephen, Brenden, Rob, Mikyla, and Donnie, caring step-great grandmother of Aiden and Lennon, dear sister to John (Christine) Fagan and Dan (Lynne) Fagan, adored sister-in-law of Luba Germak, fond aunt of Jay (Melinda) Fagan, Jeremy (Dena) Fagan, Patrick (Alicia) Fagan, and Connie (Kevin) Sweeney, and great-aunt of Samantha, Amelia, Sean, Callie, Jack, Austin, Eli, Gianna, and Kevin, caring step-aunt to Stephanie (Brian), Frank (Maria) and Elizabeth, kind step-great-aunt of Sofia, Dominic, Morgan, Mia, Frank Jr., and Ava, cousin to many, and missed by all.

Memorial Visitation scheduled for Sunday, November 21st, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 pm. Funeral Service 3:00pm at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 W. Boughton Road Bolingbrook, IL. 60440. Burial will take place at a later date.
