Born January 23rd, 1936 At peace with God on May 23rd 2014
Honorably discharged from the US Army in 1958. Loving husband, married to Patricia Sergot for 50 years. Father of Mike (Kathleen) and Mark (Karie) Collins
Proud Grandpa of seven grandchildren (Sarah, Margaret, Sean, Michael, Patrick, Sophie and Andrew).
Loved by many and will be sorely missed.
Memorial visitation is Thursday May 29, 2014 from 6:00-8:00PM. Memorial Mass will take place on Friday, May 30, 2014 11:00AM at St. Dominic Church 440 East Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440.
