Richard J. Rowe, age 81, passed away May 2, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Marjanelle (nee Penkas), cherished son of Walter and Edna (Ratliff) Rowe, loving Dad of the late Vickie, Deborah (Ronald) Snopek of Oswego, Richard of Lisle, and Michael (Dr. Leah) of Cortland, devoted grandpa of Nicholas, Megan, and Aaron (Snopek) and Kiya and Koryn (Tibor) and John Rowe, dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Thomas (Linda) Rowe, and the late John (Linda) Penkas, and David (Darlene) Penkas, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, cousin to many, and missed by all.

Dick was a proud veteran of the United States Air National Guard. He was a member of the VFW. He was a parishioner of the Faith United Methodist Church and choir participant of the Faith Church Choir. Dick was also a member of the Lay Servant of Aurora District. Lastly, he was a part of so many households and families as he ran his own home improvement company. He took great pride in his craftsmanship throughout the decades.
