Robert Christian, age 88, was the beloved husband of Flora M. Christian, cherished son of the late Lee Christian and late Annie Mae Oliver, loving Dad of Aaron Steven Christian, Sr. (Brenda), Yvone L. Christian-Williams (Dr. Stephen D. Williams), Janielle R. Christian, Allen L. Christian (Peggy), Charlenetha Quinn (Clarence), Seayond Tate (Kelvin), Miko Smith, and Alston Carlos Taylor (Samantha Miller-Taylor), adored grandfather and great-grandfather, dear brother of Beatrice and the late Lee, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, friend to many, and missed by all. Robert was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He also served for many years on the Chicago Police Department.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 1pm until 3pm. Funeral Services starting at 3pm from McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 W. Boughton Road Bolingbrook, IL. 60440. Interment will take place privately on a later date at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, Illinois.
Food and drinks will be provided by the family at the funeral home for the memorial services.
