Ruth Quisto
March 14th, 1949- August 7th, 2025
Beloved wife of Manuel Quisto, she was the cherished daughter of Jose and Rosita Opalia. A devoted mother, she is preceded in death by her daughter Laarani and is lovingly remembered by her children Alal, Manuel Jr. (Aileen), and Luke (Allen) Quisto.
She was the dearest grandmother of Bobby Gane, Raymond, Almira Ruth, Leah, Emmanuel, Psalm, Bless, and Grace. Ruth is survived by siblings Thelma O. Tupper (widow of the late Harold Tupper), Esther O. Azarcon (widow of the late Rodolfo Azarcon), Manuela O. Paniamogan (with husband Isaias Paniamogan), Martin P. Opalia (with wife Salud S. Opalia), Triumpo P. Opalia (with wife Rosemarie A. Opalia), Naomi O. Petterson (with husband Don Petterson), Meriam O. Avila (with husband Francis Avila), Luke P. Opalia (with wife Marilou Opalia), and Johnny P. Opalia (with wife Decelyn Opalia).

Ruth was predeceased by siblings Paz Opalia, Phebe Opalia, and Joseph P. Opalia. A fond aunt to many nieces and nephews, she touched countless lives with her warmth and faith.
She was a faithful member of NFBC and most recently a devoted member of The Sower Foursquare Church.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at
McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home

Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, August 16th, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, also at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at 11:30 AM at
Hillcrest Cemetery
380 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
