Sharon R. Place (nee Holmstrom), age 77, of Woodridge, passed away peacefully March 29, 2021 with her loving family at her side.
Beloved wife and best friend of the late Roger G. Place.
Loving and devoted mother of Jennifer (Mark) Manderscheid and Susan (James Cressman) Bowen-Cressman.
Proud Nana of Derek, Declan, Payton and Jordan.
Dear sister of Frances Harris and Carol (late John )Verity.
Sharon will be remembered by her Love of the Arts, as an Actress and Singer, and her devotion to United Methodist Church -Woodridge.
Memorial Service Saturday, May 8th 2:00pm at Woodridge United Methodist Church, 2700 West 75th St, Woodridge, IL 60517.
Backyard Celebration Immediately following at the Place Residence.
In Lieu of Flowers, Donations can be made to the United Methodist Church, 2700 West 75th St, Woodridge, IL 60517 (For Beautification of the Sanctuary and Music Program.)
