Teresita P. Hernandez passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family and loved ones at the age of 80. She was a dedicated and proud mother of Michelle (Rick) Lyman, the late Anthony Hernandez, and David (Jody) Hernandez, dearest grandmother of Allison, Bailey, Madalyn, and Jonathan, cherished sister of Merced Vallebo, caring sister-in-law of Theresa (Robert) Gemelli and Barbara (late Tito Hernandez) Guziak, fond aunt to Joyce Bean, Janice Mele, Laura Gracia, Michael Gemelli, and Robert Gemelli, loving companion to Martin Lindeman, and missed by all. A memorial service for the celebration of life will be announced at a later date when services become safer for family and friends.

Terry immigrated from the Philippines, as a RN who worked tirelessly to build a life in the United States. She retired from the U.S. Veterans Affairs, as a surgical nurse. where she cared for and served countless veterans. She enjoyed planning festive gatherings. Her parties left everyone, well fed and in good spirits. She was a generous and gracious hostess. Terry was loved by all, especially the children in the neighborhood who called her Grandma Terry. She was especially fond of babysitting and spoiling our pets. Terry was a lover of flowers and plants, she enjoyed tending to her yard. She was a devoted servant of God and follower of Christ.
