Theresa "Terri" McReady, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children and grandchildren on September 17th, 2026.

Beloved mother of Jason (Angela) McReady, Jamie (Sam) Adelfio and Corey McReady.

Proud grandma of Zoe Adelfio, Gianna Adelfio and JR McReady. 

Dear sister of Larry Funk, Kenneth Michaels, Cynthia Schlegel, Raymond Funk and Sharron Faehling.

For Theresa, family was her entire world.  Her children, grandchildren, and their families were her absolute pride and joy, and she loved nothing more than watching them grow.  Terri filled her life with things that brought people together.  She was a passionate cook, a dedicated gardener, and avid bowler in her younger years.  Animals held a special place in her heart, especially her cherished "grand-puppies" and "grand-cats."

Terri absolutely loved the holidays, especially Christmas, and took immense joy in decorating and keeping family traditions alive.  She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and an unforgettable love for her family.

Visitation Saturday, September 26th, from 11:00am - 4:00pm (Service 3:00pm) at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home 530 W. Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL. 60440.  Interment Private.
