Thomas "Tommy" Chomuk, age 34, of Bolingbrook, passed away suddenly, March 30, 2021.
Beloved son of Eileen O'Malley and Gary Chomuk.
Cherished brother of Daniel Chomuk (Jessica Russell) and Phillip Chomuk.
Proud uncle of Logan.
Dearest grandson of the late Gary and Aline Chomuk and William and Mercedes O'Malley.
Adored nephew of his loving Aunt Mary O"Malley and late Uncle John Cash and Uncle Anthony Chomuk.
Loving godson of Eileen Kellen.

Tommy was kind, sweet, helpful, and always willing to share his knowledge. He will be dearly missed.
