Wayne passed away at the age of 71. He was the cherished son Ernest L. and Dolores V. (nee Helma) Ruler, loving father of Cyndi Hudson and Ted Ruler, dear grandfather of Jenifer Ruler and Alysha Hudson, treasured brother of Sharon Hawks, Sandi Stackhouse, and Bruce Ruler, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, friend to many, and missed by all.

Memorial Visitation, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 4 to 7pm. at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home and Crematorium, 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. Interment was private.
