William Ramos, a father, grandfather, son and friend, died unexpectedly on March 3rd, 2024 at the age of 60.

William is survived by his mother Caridad Ramos; his wife Margot Ramos (nee Cortez); his children, Katina, Anthony, and Jonathan Ramos; his brother Eddy Ramos; and grandchildren; Victoria Lewis and Valentina Ramos.

William was born in Havana, Cuba on October 21, 1963 to Antonio Ramos and Caridad Santobenia. He graduated from East Lyden High School and worked in the logistics industry for nearly two decades. On November 17, 1984 William married his high school sweetheart, Margot. During their incredible 39 years of marriage, they welcomed the birth of their three beautiful children: Katina, Anthony and Jonathan.

William was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was known for his joyful presence, warm laugh, humor, and humility; So much so that he was nominated to be the family's "Santa Clause" for most Christmases. William loved watching movies, creating memories, and bringing people together. He enjoyed fishing and watching nature documentaries with his sons and nephews. William also loved cars; his family and dearest friends shared fond memories around driving, car shopping and car shows. William was an amazing friend and family member. He shared his happiness with the world by creating the small moments that make us smile today, no matter how long the drive.

The visitation service is scheduled for Thursday, March 7th at 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM with a mass at 11:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church located 1501 W Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL 60490.
