Winnifred E. Ankebrant was the beloved wife of the late Walter, loving mother of the late Roger, late Anita, Kenneth, Laurette (Pete) Dellaquila, Richard, and Pamela (James) Jacobson, cherished grandma of the late Michael, Peter, Danny, Shannon, Renee, Jenny, James, Adrienne, and Kim, proud great-grandma of 8, dear sister, fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, cousin to many, and missed by all.

Winnie was a proud member of so many clubs around the Bolingbrook area: The American Legion, The Moose Lodge, Crafty Seniors, and the Levy Center of Bolingbrook. She has met and helped so many people over the decades. Her legacy will carry on through her contributions and efforts.

The visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00 p.m. at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium. A luncheon will follow after the conclusion of the services.

The burial will be held privately among the family.
