I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience when making arrangements for my mom. John Sullivan and his staff were attentive to our needs and went out of their way to meet them. They were not pushy and didn’t try to over sell anything to us. They handled all the arrangements in a caring yet professional manner. Mom looked beautiful. Her make up and hair were perfect. The chapel was perfect. Everything was perfect. Mom is looking down with a smile, happy with how her services went. Thank you John Sullivan and staff for giving my mom the beautiful send off she deserved.

The McCauley-Sullivan team was extremely caring during this difficult time. The team was very sensitive, kind and professional. We used them twice only a few weeks apart and both times they went above and beyond. The second time they took care of all the paperwork with our loved one who lived out of state. The staff at McCauley helped me through a difficult time with the sudden passing of my husband. The whole process of planning the service was stress free. They went step by step explaining all of my options. They were very professional. I selected clothes for my husband and due to his organ donation they were not sure they could use the clothing I provided, but they were able to make it work. It all turned out very well. I would highly recommend McCauley for all your funeral needs.

Kaile took wonderful care of my Mother after her passing. My Mother looked so beautiful and so peaceful. The entire staff could not have been more caring and helpful through the entire process of making the arrangements. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Fred and Jeff have always been wonderful. After observing my mom making final arrangements 3 times with the McCauley's, I had no doubt that Mom's final arrangements would be perfect and they were.
